Vacancy: Mapper / Level Designer (GTA 5 RP)

What you’ll be doing

  • Create and customize locations: design unique interiors, exteriors, and small architectural elements for factions, businesses, and government agencies
  • Handle optimization: configure proper object loading, work with LODs, and minimize the impact of locations on players’ FPS
  • Fix bugs: resolve collisions, texture glitches, and conflicts in existing mapping packs
  • Use specialized software: be proficient in CodeWalker, OpenIV, as well as 3ds Max / Blender (for creating or editing props)

Our requirements

  • At least six months of experience in mapping for GTA 5 RP
  • A portfolio showcasing examples of your work (screenshots, videos, or a demo on a test server)
  • Technical understanding: knowledge of file structures (.ymap, .ytyp), object streaming principles, and collision handling
  • Discipline: ability to work according to technical specifications (TS) and meet agreed-upon deadlines
