USER AGREEMENT
of game project REJOIN RP

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This User Agreement governs the use of the website, launcher, game servers, in-game services, official communities, and other resources of the REJOIN RP game project.
1.2. By using the Project's resources, registering, accessing the game server, or performing other actions related to the Project, the User confirms that he/she has read the terms of this Agreement, accepts them, and undertakes to comply with them.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, he/she is obliged to stop using the Project.
1.4. The Project Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is published on the Project's official resources.

2. TERMS
Project - the REJOIN RP gaming project, including the website, launcher, game servers, in-game systems, official communities, and other related services.
User – a person using the resources and services of the Project.
Account – a User account used to access the Project, game character, statistics, in-game data and other functions.
Administration – persons responsible for the management, support, moderation and development of the Project.
The Project Operator is the individual or team of individuals responsible for administering, supporting, and developing the Project and interacting with Users through official communication channels. If another entity is indicated on the Project's official resources as accepting payments or providing digital services, that entity is considered the Operator for such purposes.
Donation store – a section of the website, launcher, game interface, or other official service of the Project through which the User can voluntarily receive additional digital services.
Donation services are additional digital features, in-game items, statuses, currency, functions, bonuses, and other elements available to the User within the Project.
The Project's internal currency is a virtual unit used exclusively within the Project for receiving Donation services. The name of the internal currency, its exchange rate, accrual methods, and usage procedures are determined by the Administration.

3. USING THE PROJECT
3.1. The Project provides the User with the opportunity to use REJOIN RP gaming and digital services within the limits established by this Agreement and the Project rules.
3.2. The User undertakes to comply with the Project rules, the Administration's requirements, and the standards of conduct established on the official REJOIN RP resources.
3.3. The Administration has the right to restrict the User's access to the Project in the event of a violation of this Agreement, the Project rules, or other requirements published on official resources.
3.4. The User receives a limited right to use their account, game character, in-game valuables, items, and other digital elements exclusively within the Project. These elements are not transferred to the User's ownership, have no value outside the Project, and are not exchangeable for cash.
3.5. By using the Project, the User confirms that they have the necessary legal capacity to accept the terms of this Agreement. If the User is a minor, they confirm that they are using the Project with the consent of their legal representative.

4. DONATION SERVICES
4.1. The User may voluntarily receive Donation services through the Donation store or other official services of the Project.
4.2. Receiving Donation services is not a mandatory condition for participation in the Project. 4.3. Donation services may include:
• premium statuses;
• in-game currency;
• transport;
• cosmetic elements;
• beginner sets;
• additional functions;
• other digital bonuses available within the Project.
4.4. The composition, cost, validity period, conditions for receipt and procedure for using Donation services are determined by the Administration and are subject to change.
4.5. Donation services are provided exclusively in digital form and can only be used within the Project.
4.6. Donation services are not a game of chance, bet, lottery, investment, financial instrument or a way to generate income.
4.7. Changes to the game balance, item characteristics, bonus composition, service validity period, or terms of use do not, in and of themselves, constitute grounds for mandatory compensation if the Donation service was provided to the User in accordance with its description at the time of receipt. Other arrangements may be provided by the Administration or applicable law.
4.8. In the event of an erroneous accrual of Donation services, internal currency, items, statuses, or other digital elements, the Administration reserves the right to adjust the balance, delete erroneously accrued elements, or change their quantity.

5. INTERNAL CURRENCY OF THE PROJECT
5.1. The Project’s internal currency is used exclusively for receiving Donation services within REJOIN RP.
5.2. The Project’s internal currency is not cash, electronic money, security, property or other object of civil circulation.
5.3. Internal currency of the Project:
• cannot be exchanged for real money;
• cannot be taken outside the Project;
• cannot be transferred to third parties, unless otherwise provided by the functionality of the Project;
• has no value outside the Project.
5.4. The Administration reserves the right to change the name, rate, procedure for accrual, write-off and use of the Project’s internal currency.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
6.1. Payment for Donation services is made by the User voluntarily through available payment methods indicated on the Project's official resources.
6.2. All payments are made by the User independently and consciously.
6.3. The donation service is considered provided from the moment the internal currency is credited, the digital service is activated, or the corresponding in-game element is provided in the User's account.
6.4. Refunds for Donation services provided will not be made, except in cases expressly provided for by this Agreement, applicable law, technical error, erroneous payment, or other decision of the Administration.
6.5. In the event of access restriction to an account due to the User's violation of this Agreement or the Project rules, refunds for previously provided Donat services will not be made unless otherwise decided individually by the Administration.
6.6. When using certain payment methods, payment systems, banks, or other intermediaries may charge fees. Such fees are not set by the Project and are not included in the price of Donation services, unless otherwise specified.

7. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER
7.1. The User has the right to:
• use the available functionality of the Project;
• contact support;
• voluntarily receive Donation services;
• use the official resources of the Project in compliance with the established rules. 7.2. The User undertakes to:
• comply with this Agreement and the rules of the Project;
• do not use third-party software, cheats, bots, scripts or other means that disrupt the gameplay;
• do not use errors, vulnerabilities and shortcomings of the Project for personal purposes; • do not transfer, sell or buy accounts, unless otherwise expressly permitted by the Administration;
• not to disrupt the operation of the website, launcher, servers and other services of the Project; • not to post content that is offensive, illegal, harmful or violates the rights of third parties.

8. RIGHTS OF ADMINISTRATION
8.1. The Administration has the right to:
• change, update and refine the Project;
• change the gameplay, balance, economy and functionality;
• change the composition, cost and conditions of Donation services;
• carry out technical work;
• temporarily restrict access to individual services or the entire Project; • apply restrictions to Users who violate the Project rules; • delete or modify content posted by the User on the Project resources; • stop supporting individual functions, items, services or game mechanics.
8.2. In this case, changes do not apply to Donation services already provided, unless otherwise directly related to a change in game balance, technical necessity, Project security, or Project rules.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 The project is provided on an “as is” basis.
9.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation of the website, launcher, servers, or other Project services.
9.3. The Administration shall not be liable for:
• temporary unavailability of the Project;
• technical failures;
• loss of access to an account due to the fault of the User;
• actions of third parties;
• consequences of using third-party software;
• loss of in-game values ​​due to violation of the Project rules; • changes in game balance, economy, functionality or composition of Donation services.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1. The Administration shall be released from liability for any total or partial failure to fulfill obligations if this is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Project.
10.2. Such circumstances include:
• equipment failures;
• disruptions in the operation of data centers, hosting providers and network infrastructure; • DDoS attacks;
• actions of malicious software;
• actions of government agencies;
• restrictions from third-party services;
• natural disasters;
• other circumstances of force majeure.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1. All questions, requests, and complaints related to the use of the Project shall be sent to the support service or through other official communication channels of the Project.
11.2. The parties shall seek to resolve disputes through negotiations.
11.3. If it is impossible to resolve a dispute, it may be referred for consideration in accordance with the procedure provided for by applicable law.

12. CONTACTS
12.1. All inquiries, questions, and complaints related to the use of the Project are sent through the official REJOIN RP support channels indicated on the website, in the launcher, Discord server, or other official Project resources.
12.2. To ensure proper and timely consideration of requests, the User must use the Project's official communication channels.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1. This Agreement shall be effective from the moment the User begins using the Project’s resources.
13.2. Continued use of the Project after a change to the Agreement constitutes the User’s consent to the new version.
13.3. The invalidity of any individual provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
13.4. The current version of this Agreement is posted on the official resources of REJOIN RP.
